Hi! I'm Bri!

I'm a wife, a momma, and a trainer (CPT, CES, PCES, PES) who desires to help other mommas reach their goals, fall in love with their bodies and their journeys, and have a newfound confidence, all while growing closer to God at the same time! 

When it comes to health and fitness for mommas, there isn't a lot of support, information, or proper training. This leads to moms searching for answers and often times getting false information or following exercises and workouts that could potentially hinder their results, set them back, or make certain issues (pelvic floor, diastasis, prolapse, etc.) worse. 

After having my first, I knew that I wanted to move from general personal training, to focusing on moms and helping them navigate health and fitness through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Thus, Scully Fitness was born! 

I've designed Scully Fitness to offer something for every mom, regardless of what stage of motherhood they are in, or what their fitness level is. I offer on-demand workout programs, in addition to 1:1 training for those who need that personalized attention and focus, or for those who are looking to heal pelvic floor issues, diastasis recti, muscle compensations, and more. All of my programs provide modifications, advancements, as well as programs that use a variety of equipment to no equipment. I also make sure to cover form and educate you along the way so that you can do the workouts and get the absolute most out of every move, minute, rep and set. 

Lastly, I want to speak to you, momma. I want you to know that whatever desire or goal it is that you have, you can do it. I don't know where you are on your journey so far, but I don't want you to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or discouraged. Health and fitness can be tough. But guess what? You're stronger, and I would love to be the one to remind you of that every single day and help you on your journey.
