Scully Fitness is a faith-based, online fitness platform geared towards pregnant, postpartum, and mommas alike, that offers its members a variety of fitness programs for any fitness level. New programs are added regularly, other programs are updated consistently with new workouts, and personalized training is offered to help members get back to proper functional movement, heal and strengthen the core for any diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, and more throughout pregnancy, and/or in postpartum. Additionally, all workouts have modifications and advancements for different fitness levels, and are all 35 minutes or less and can be done anywhere.

All workouts and protocols are created and led by Bri Scully, CPT, CES, PCES, PES.

The mission of Scully Fitness is to help women shift their mindset when it comes to fitness and weight loss. To break down the barriers that tend to prevent us from starting or continuing on our health and fitness journey, to stop the comparison game, and to realize that their worth is not determined by a number on the scale, a tag on clothing, or what the media, society, and world has to say about what a women should look like to be deemed "beautiful" and "strong." Further, Scully Fitness aims to instill the truth that God makes no mistakes, and He didn't start with how He designed someone. We are all fearfully and wonderfully made in His image, our bodies are beautiful and strong, and we can do amazing things. With choosing to honor our bodies by taking care of them and loving ourselves wherever we are on our journey to our health and fitness goals, we can accomplish anything. At Scully Fitness, the goal is to help women do just that: love themselves, love the skin they are in, love their journey, reach their goals, and to know and believe that they are strong, capable, and worthy.
