All general programs (will be noted in the program description) will be uploaded on the Scully Fitness YouTube channel. All specialty programs, guides, and 1:1 training will only be available to clients.

Momma Fit Foundations

*Specialty Program*

 

Momma Fit Foundations (MFF) is an all-inclusive, 1:1, and personalized program.

 

When you sign up for MFF, you will have a virtual assessment via Zoom with Bri to assess what is going on as a whole with your body (muscles, joint, posture, etc.). This allows your program to be very detailed and personalized to what you need and your goals. 

​

This program is great for anyone! What this program will help with:

​

  • Allowing beginners to restore proper functionality of muscles and joints prior to jumping into a workout program. 

  • Pregnancy: provides a good foundation regardless of trimester or fitness level. 

  • Postpartum: provides a good (re)introduction into workouts following the 6-week rest period, and makes sure muscle and joint compensations brought on from pregnancy are fixed and restored for better results, outcomes, and to prevent potential exercise-related injuries. 

  • Diastasis Recti assessment and healing

  • Pelvic Floor assessment and healing

  • Reducing aches and pains brought on from every day work, life, posture, functional movements, previous injuries, and workout compensations

  • So much more!

Strength Endurance Training (S.E.T.)

*General Program*

Strength Endurance Training is primarily strength training to develop muscular endurance by using super sets, tempo training, and other resistance principles and formats. HIIT workouts will be included with a strength focus still implied.

 

All workouts require dumbbells and are 35 minutes or less. Video duration may show longer due to intro & cool down.

Total Body Sweat Sesh

*General Program*

Total Body Sweat Sesh is an 'anything goes' style program in which you will tap into your training and develop different areas of focus including cardiovascular, resistance training, agility, coordination, and balance.

 

No equipment is required for this program and all workouts are 35 minutes or less. Video duration may show longer due to intro & cool down.

Tabata in Twenty

*General Program*

​

TnT is a workout program designed to deliver workouts in 20 minutes or less! These workouts are a tabata format (20 seconds on 10 seconds off), so you can expect a program that is more fast-paced. Workouts vary in format, layout, equipment needed, focus, etc. This program will be for all fitness levels as modifications and advancements will be provided. 

Prenatal Focus

*Specialty Program*

Prenatal Focus is a program dedicated to pregnant mommas. Within this program, you'll find two levels: beginners and intermediate/advance. Each level contains workouts specific for each trimester, plus bonus videos and workouts to help mommas even more. 

​

Workouts range in duration from 10-30 minutes in length, and equipment varies as well. Some workouts require no equipment, while other will require one or more forms of equipment.

Intermission Series

*Specialty Program (Mostly)*

​

Intermission Series is a program designed to provide random workouts that can be done between programs, when a break from programs is needed, when someone wants to add workouts on to a program, or if they don't want to do a program but just want to do their own thing with whatever workouts they wish! 

​

Workouts will vary in style, format, focus, equipment needed, etc., to provide a variety of options! This is also the program where 15 Minute Burn, Core Power, and Functional Mobility were merged. 

​

While Intermission Series is considered a specialty program, *some* workouts may be used on YouTube to fill space between program launches. Not all workouts will be used if I.S. is needed on YouTube. 

 

Form Basics

*Specialty Program*

Form Basics is all about getting back to the basics of certain exercise moves.

In this program, you'll find short videos to help break down form to help make sure you're able to do the moves correctly, work the proper muscles needed, reduce any compensations, and help reduce injury risks as well.

 

No equipment is used in any of these videos.*

 

 

*Videos pertaining to the CE program, bands or a foam roller may be introduced to properly demonstrate the move.

Postnatal Focus

*Specialty Program*

Postnatal Focus is a program designed and dedicated to moms in the postpartum phase. This program was created in such a way that uses scientific-based research and training to provide a 12-week, in-depth program that starts the moment mom gives birth. Not only will this program help with recovery come postpartum, but it will help with diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, returning to running, building back strength, stability, endurance, mobility, and more from a functional, corrective method that not only introduces corrective workouts, but progressively brings the mom back into regular workout routines.
