Hey there!

First, I wanted to thank you for visiting Scully Fitness! I want you to know that I

don't take it lightly when someone chooses me to help them reach their health

and fitness goals; I take it seriously and with such honor. I know that when it

comes to making a decision on how to work on those health and fitness goals, it

can be a little scary or overwhelming, so I thank you, sincerely, for stopping by

and checking out what I have to offer! Now, let me tell you a little bit about me!

I'm a wife to an amazing man, a momma to two handsome little guys, and a dog

mom to two crazy fur babies! I went to the University of Missouri where I studied

Health Sciences and focused on Athletic Training.

Additionally, I completed my master's degree (MS in Exercise Science,

Rehabilitation Science, Health Promotion, and Injury Prevention) through CalU

online and have been a part of the health/exercise/rehab field since! I'm a

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified

Prenatal and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Performance

Enhancement Specialist. I went from being a personal trainer, to a physical rehab

specialist, to a fitness specialist, and now the owner of Scully Fitness!

Growing up, I struggled with my body image and weight. I wasn't overweight, but I definitely wasn't at a healthy weight for my height, and I let my inner mean girl always get the best of me. I had a very bad self-image, and compared myself to other girls and to what society deems "beautiful." This unfortunately went on for many years.

However, when I was able to figure out not only how to get started, but how to also stay on track, and I found my passion in helping others with their goals. So, I made it my goal to help other mommas get started with, or continue, their health and fitness journey, teach them and give them all the tools for staying on track, and help them to see that they are absolutely amazing, they are strong, they are valued, they are worthy, and they can accomplish anything they set their minds to. Not only that, but I strive to help change the mindset around fitness to a positive one; one where we love ourselves, we love our starting point, and we love our journey along the way because health is much more than a number on the scale or a tag on some clothes. I want to help YOU see that too while crushing your goals at the same time!

So if you have any questions that I can answer for you, please don't hesitate to send me a message and we can chat! If you're ready to take on this journey together, I would love to have you!

Either way, I hope you know just how strong, valued, and worthy you are, dear. You don't need to fit some mold or impress anyone. You just need to focus on you, your goals, and facing this journey one day at a time. You got this, dear, and you are worthy of it all!

Sincerely,
